$300 per roofing appointment. That's the entire bill.

We run the ads, nurture the homeowner, and book qualified roof replacement appointments straight onto your calendar. You pay for the appointments you get. Nothing else.

Every appointment arrives with the recorded call that booked it, so you can hear the conversation before your rep leaves the shop.

Roofing companies we've built appointment pipelines for.

Most agencies get paid whether you win or not.

That's the part nobody says out loud. A retainer plus your ad budget means their month is already profitable before a single homeowner picks up the phone.

The typical marketing agency

You fund it, you carry it.

  • A monthly retainer, due whether the campaign works or not
  • Ad spend out of your pocket, on top of the retainer
  • Leads handed over raw, with your office left to chase them
  • No guarantee attached to any of it
  • Every dollar of risk sits on your side of the table

Contractors Elevation

We fund it, we carry it.

  • No retainer. There is no monthly bill to approve.
  • No ad spend. The media budget is ours, not yours.
  • Appointments, not leads. Set, confirmed, and on your calendar.
  • Exclusive, always. Your homeowners are never sold to anyone else.
  • We lose money before you do. A month with no appointments costs you nothing.

What happens between the ad and the appointment

The part most lead sellers skip. It's also why our appointments show up.

1

Ads reaching homeowners already replacing a roof

Not someone who might want one someday.

2

Texts and videos that warm them up

Expectations set long before anyone calls.

3

Booked to your calendar with the call attached

Hear the conversation before your rep drives out.

4

Reminders running right up to the day

Booked and showed up are two different numbers.

Who this actually works for

Appointment volume only helps a company that can sell and install what shows up. Below that mark, more appointments won't be your bottleneck.

  • You're pushing toward $1M monthsand the ceiling you keep hitting is how many roofs your reps get in front of.
  • You've got good reps sitting on thin calendarsand you'd rather feed them than lose them to the shop down the road.
  • You want appointment flow to stop being the thing you worry aboutso your attention can go to closing, service quality, and retention instead.

Questions roofers ask us

What makes an appointment billable?

A roof replacement appointment, set at a confirmed time on your calendar, with a working phone number and a real address. Repair appointments, disconnected numbers, and invalid addresses are never billed. You pay $300 for appointments that meet that bar and nothing for the ones that don't.

How is this different from Angi or a shared lead service?

Shared lead services sell the same homeowner to three or four contractors and let you fight over who calls first. Every homeowner we book is yours alone and is never sold to another company. You're also getting a set appointment rather than a name and a number to chase.

How do I know the appointments are real?

Every appointment arrives with the recorded call that booked it. You can listen to the full conversation, hear what the homeowner said about their roof, and know exactly what was promised before your rep drives out.

Do I have to pay for ads?

No. We fund the entire media budget out of our own pocket. That's the reason the model works the way it does — if the campaign doesn't produce appointments, we've spent our money and billed you nothing.

How many appointments can I expect in a month?

Our smallest clients take one a day. Our largest run five a day — roughly 150 a month — and are still scaling. You tell us the number you want and we build to it. We'd suggest starting at 15 a month if you're serious about growth, though plenty of roofers start at 5 to see how it runs before opening the tap.

Will I be competing with other roofers in my area?

No. One roofing company per market, exclusive for as long as you're running appointments with us. We can't hold or reserve a territory for a company that isn't actively taking appointments — the markets go to the roofers who are ready to move.

Am I locked into a contract?

There's no minimum term and no notice period. Tell us how many appointments you want to start with, and tell us whenever you want to stop. The one thing worth knowing: your market opens back up to other contractors the moment you stop the appointment flow.

Grab a time and let's see if your market works

Fifteen minutes. We'll look at your service area, your current appointment volume, and whether we can fill the gap. If the numbers don't work for you, we'll tell you on the call.
